Terms and conditions
Last updated: 10 October 2026
These terms apply to your use of this website and to services provided by WinKeys, a trading name of Dripping LTD, registered in England and Wales, with its registered office at 71–75 Shelton Street, Covent Garden, London, WC2H 9JQ. In these terms, “we” and “us” mean Dripping LTD, and “you” means the business or person using our website or services.
Using this website
The information on this website is general and may change without notice. We take care to keep it accurate, but it is not a substitute for advice about your specific situation. Content on this website belongs to us unless stated otherwise and may not be copied for commercial use without permission.
Quotes and agreements
Every project and support plan is set out in a written quote or proposal. Work starts once you accept it in writing. The quote describes what is included, the price, and any timeline. If the scope changes, we will agree any extra cost with you before doing the work.
Prices and payment
Prices are shown in pounds sterling and, where VAT applies, VAT is added at the current rate. Unless your quote says otherwise, invoices are payable within 14 days. Monthly plans are billed in advance. We may pause work on accounts that are overdue.
Monthly plans
Monthly plans run month to month. Either side can end a plan with 30 days’ written notice. When a plan ends, we will hand over access, passwords and documentation for your systems.
Your accounts and ownership
Accounts we set up for you, such as Microsoft 365, domains, hosting and advertising accounts, are registered in your name. Third-party subscriptions are billed to you by the provider and are subject to that provider’s own terms. Once you have paid for a project in full, you own the website, software and materials we created specifically for you, excluding third-party and open-source components, which remain under their own licences.
Your responsibilities
You agree to give us accurate information and the access we need to do the work, and to keep your own passwords secure. You are responsible for the content you ask us to publish.
Liability
We carry out our services with reasonable care and skill. We are not responsible for losses caused by third-party services outside our control, such as outages at Microsoft, hosting providers or payment platforms. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
Confidentiality and data
We keep your business information confidential. Where we handle personal data on your behalf, we do so only on your instructions and in line with UK data protection law. See our privacy policy for how we handle personal information.
Law
These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have jurisdiction.
