Who we are

WinKeys is a trading name of Dripping LTD, a company registered in England and Wales. Our registered office is 71–75 Shelton Street, Covent Garden, London, WC2H 9JQ. • Enquiries: when you use our contact form, email or call us, we collect your name, email address, and any company name, phone number and message you give us.
• Clients: when you work with us, we hold contact and billing details for the people we deal with, and records of the work we do.
• Technical data: our web hosting records basic technical information, such as IP addresses, to keep the website secure and running.

How and why we use it

• To reply to your enquiry and give you a quote. Our lawful basis is our legitimate interest in responding to people who contact us, or taking steps at your request before entering into a contract.
• To deliver services to clients and send invoices. Our lawful basis is performance of a contract.
• To meet legal obligations, such as keeping accounting records. Our lawful basis is legal obligation.

We do not sell your information, and we do not send marketing emails without your permission.

Who we share it with

We share information only with providers that help us run the business, such as our website host, email provider and accounting software, and only as needed. Where these providers process data outside the UK, we make sure appropriate safeguards are in place.

How long we keep it

We keep enquiries that do not lead to work for up to 12 months. We keep client and accounting records for six years after the end of the financial year they relate to, as required by UK law.
